An 85-unit townhome proposal in Vanier was heard at Planning Committee on December 6th 2021. The recommendation from planning staff to support the rezoning was carried by Planning Committee and will be going to Council in January 2022.
This residential development will add new freehold ground-oriented units and will include an expansion to the existing St. Ambroise Park. Site Plan Control process is still on-going.
